  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Design and develop embedded control systems software / functionality for automotive applications, specifically, the Parking Systems product line. You will be a part of the System & Software Engineering team that works on developing the Parking System features using the latest generation microcontrollers, microprocessors, and AUTOSAR standards in a highly dynamic, fast paced work environment.

    • Develop system and software requirements.
    • Develop system and software design.
    • Develop manual and model-based code according to specification.
    • Perform system and software unit and integration test to detect defects.
    • Work with team on automation and improvement ideas in the development process.
    • Debug/troubleshoot software.
    • Learn and adhere to the development process in design and development of features.
    • Participate in review meetings, interface studies, design review.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    BASIC:

    Students majoring in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science

    • Good team and communication skills to fit within a committed and very cooperative team
    • Able to work independently in an organized and structured fashion
    • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university
    • Pursuing Bachelor or Master degree with at least one semester completed
    • Good software code exposure/ programming experience in C/C++(academic) experience with software developments
    • Minimum of overall GPA of at least 3.0
    • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

    Eligible to work without sponsorship or having 3 years of full-time work experience.

    PREFERRED:

    ·         Experience with Matlab / State flow, Simulink

    ·         Experience with Vector tooling (e.g. CANape, CANalyzer)

    .         Knowledge of "Driver Assistance" functions and sensor technologies
