We are seeking a Growth Strategist for Bosch Digital Twin - Integrated Asset Performance Management (DT-IAPM)

This role will be part of the leadership team within the DT-IAPM focused on the global growth strategy of the business.

• Global Strategy - Derive the global strategy and scenarios for DT-IAPM venture, including but not limited to product, partnerships, regional differences and IP.
• Risk Management - Derive a risk management system for DT-IAPM venture, including but not limited to market, competitors and compliance.
• Collaboration & Communication - you interface with stakeholders internally to craft and implement the global strategy with the ability to respond and solve problems at the source.
• Implementing Customer Centricity - you are aware of the importance of customer feedback and have experience with
• Living internationally - you are comfortable with working across geographical boundaries, time zones and cultures.

International Travel up to 10%, on a quarterly basis

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business
• 16+ years' experience working within software industry.
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with business models for digital business, including marketing strategies and sales channel development.
• 5+ years' experience working with corporate entrepreneurial ventures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA
• 10 years in leadership roles
• 5+ years' experience with artificial intelligence/ machine learning
• Personality : hands-on mentality, high customer and user orientation, creative, proactive with strategic thinking and influencing skills
• Working practice: independent and very structured way of working, but still agile/ flexible; reliable / committed; can handle many different projects at the same time
• Enthusiasm: for teamwork, International/cross-cultural experiences, virtual collaboration
• Languages: fluent in English, written and spoken. Further languages are welcome

Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130k - $175k.
