Job Description

• Assist in sales acquisition, commercial management, and project management activities (e.g. prepare internal and external PowerPoint presentations, manage commercial tracking Excel files, business plan and current forecast inputs, and sample order management)
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (e.g. organization charts, strategic contact persons, and man-mapping)
• Help organize customer marketing events
• Light administrative duties 
• Participate in product testing and demonstrations

Qualifications

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Knowledge and experience with MS Office suite - especially Excel and PowerPoint.  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  Prefer Engineering or Business academic disciplines. 

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university
• Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree with at least one semester completed
• Minimum of overall GPA of at least 3.0
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Minimum 3 days/20 hours a week
