Job Description

The Engineering Co-op position supports the Platform and Governance team, which includes:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration with Global Engineering team.
• Collection of data from different regions on products and its features.
• Work in SAP and solid works PDM.
• Discussion with designers and developers on product profile.
• Analysis and clustering of the products to form similar families.
• Research and selection of platform for building a configurator.
• Creation of a Product Design configurator (PDC).
• User experience analysis, testing and release of the PDC.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Cumulative GPA 3.0 or Higher
• Working towards completion of a Bachelor degree (Engineering Major Preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables and Graphs etc.)
• Knowledge with working in SolidWorks preferred
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, multi-tasking and highly organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform tasks autonomously and complete work in a timely manner
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Visa Sponsorship (F1 and J1 visa holders are not eligible for this role)
• Must be available to work 30-40 hours per week during regular business hours (Monday – Friday) for 6 months

HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE, SPLIT BETWEEN THE OFFICE AND THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME ACCORDING TO OPERATIONAL NEEDS, ON AVERAGE 3 DAYS A WEEK FROM HOME, 2 DAYS IN THE OFFICE.
