Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Business, Customer Support intern to join the Bosch REFINEmySite team, a startup from Robert Bosch Tool Corporation to support the North American business & sales team. The intern will play a significant role in providing support to our customers, act as an account manager, join customers meetings and support the team on managing the existing customers. She/he will also perform competitor analysis research, identify potential customers (General Contractors), conduct product demos to new customers and create controlling reports to support the registration and onboarding process.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 

·         Support the day-to-day sales responsibilities (CRM)

·         Contribute to competitive benchmarking and industry intelligence by providing summaries of key findings and trends

·         Meet with key customers regularly to give support and checking-in

·         Able to provide product demo and onboarding new customers

·         Create training content (video and written documents)

·         Address new and existing customers inquiries related to REFINEmySite

·         Present Bosch RefinemySite on in-person events

Qualifications

·         Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

·         Background and understanding of the Construction Industry

·         Able to work with groups through discussions

·         Curiosity and a deep desire to learn

·         Strong interpersonal skills

·         Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Global Team

·         Customer and results oriented

·         Available to work minimum 30 hours/week

·        Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Position only open to students who will not now, nor in the future, require sponsorship to work in the United States. F-1 and J-1 visa holders are not eligible.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering course. Recent graduates can also apply.
• Desire to have Lean Construction knowledge.
• Familiarity with Digital Platforms is a plus.
