Job Description

Learn how to define, measure, analyze and improve processes, Inspection and test processes.

Learn how to establish internal and suppliers Quality KPIs, and assist in the process of Customer and supplier Complaints.

Assist in the development of proposals and justification for new/replacement capital equipment and provide technical assistance to bring equipment on line with cost and timing requirements.

Assist in the development of new manufacturing processes or changes along with Manufacturing Engineering utilizing BPS methodologies.

Working with QMM, determine internal quality procedures and implement in manufacturing.

Assess possible bottleneck situations in production process.

Provide feedback (CIP) to all related areas.

Participate in BPS Kaizen events.

Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as may be assigned.
