SUMMARY 

The Digital Training intern will support the roll out of a new application at our manufacturing plant in Florence, KY. This would involve setup and data creation for the application including production and editing of videos as well as digitalization of work instructions. This cloud based software will be used for data storage and communication as well as a learning tool. Intern will also be responsible for training users on the application.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include but not limited to the following.

• Ability to use Apple tablets and Windows based PC’s
• Ability to work on task unsupervised with the correct direction
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to take and modify videos with voice overs using iMovie

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Student currently enrolled in an IT, Digital Marketing, or e-media related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCY:

• Experience or understanding of Cloud based applications
• Understanding of Tablets and PC’s
• Knowledge of Data creation in applications
• Skills in Microsoft Office, (Excel, Access, Power Point and Word)
• Organized, proactive, self-starter
• Available to work 40 hours/week, 8 am - 4 pm
