    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Increase maturity of BPS (Lean) in LctP through development of robust standards and evaluation of the current state of manufacturing, logistics, and indirect systems and processes and coach teams on the implementation of lean mindset and tools

    Create BPS Standards and Implement robust systems to bring plant to benchmark level.

    Implement solutions and best practices plant wide, partnering with associates across all functions and levels.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Knowledge

    -          Deep knowledge around standardized work, 5S, Pull principle, leveling (heijunka), Problem solving, System CIP, shopfloor involvement, TPM, Daily Leadership Routines, Logistics standardization, quality Principles

    -          Deep knowledge around cycle timing and process confirmation definition and coaching

    -          Good knowledge in office-applications Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

    -          Good understanding of the value stream processes and the impact they have on each other (holistic approach in a Value Chain)

    -          Aiming to identify an improvement potential and implement the idea in a structured way using Lean Tools as Point CIP for project Management and Daily management methodologies.

    -          Must be documentation- and process-driven.

    -       Ability to work cross-functionally; seamlessly with both BPS and operational/shop floor/manufacturing workers

    -          Strong Interpersonal Capabilities (Collaborating and working well together with others, clear communication skills, empathy for others, socializing skills, coaching and moderation skills)

    -          Organizes Resources and coach implementation and creation of new standards in a robust way

    -          Flexible schedule, must be willing to work in different shifts when necessary (aprox. 12 weeks/year)

    Experience

    -       Experience in Manufacturing Environment

    -       Experience with Continuous Improvement application 3+ years

    -       Experience working in a fast pace dynamic environment
