Job Description

As a Financial Analyst Co-Op, you will report to the Finance organization with a concentration on supporting the North American Teams with their financial forecasting, planning, reporting & analysis.

YOU MUST BE AN ACTIVE STUDENT IN A QUALIFYING UNDERGRADUATE OR GRADUATE PROGRAM TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPENING.

As a Financial Analyst Co-Op, you will be responsible to:

• Support process improvement activities, including automating existing reports  and stream-lining processes to increase efficiency
• Own the planning, reporting and analysis of select P&L lines and cost centers
• Assist with month-end, quarterly forecasts, and annual business planning by creating and loading system entries, analyzing results, and providing explanations to management
• Drive the cost-tracking reporting and cost center business plan allocations reporting processes
• Perform ad hoc financial forecasting, planning, and analysis, as needed

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or related degree
• CUMULATIVE GPA OF 3.0 OR HIGHER (include an unofficial transcript to confirm CUMULATIVE GPA at time of application)
• Strong Excel skills (ADVANCED SKILLS preferred) (vlookup, charts, graphs, pivot tables) required
• SAP, Power BI, Hyperion Essbase, Automation Anywhere, Alteryx knowledge are a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate complex topics to management
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work flexible hours
• Proactive, energetic attitude with willingness to take on new tasks and open to learning and developing within a corporate environment
• Must be available to work 35-40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) for 6 months
