Job Description
Assist with the promotion and growth of the eXtra Loyalty Program focused on independent automotive repair shops in North America through the development of digital and print communications from conception all the way through to delivery to achieve acquisition objectives via a specified medium (literature, website, advertising, promotions, etc.).
- Assist in the development and execution of acquisition and retention materials (flyers, social media posts, website banners, website content, statements).
- Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns from compliance and legal approvals, through managing the creative design process to implementation and tracking effectiveness.
- Work with and grow collaborative relationships throughout the organization (especially with product marketing and sales) to maximize the objectives of acquisition and retention.
- Develop metrics and evaluate promotion results, analyze information, provide reports and make recommendations.
- Coordinate eXtra brand communication initiatives with partners and agencies.
- Manage, develop and maintain IT backbone including change requests and create promotions.
- Support supervisor in overall eXtra growth strategy and the value creation process for the organization.
- Participate in, and support partner meetings and other events as required.
- Support with general marketing and organizational projects.
