Job Description

The Controlling & Finance Functions North America group develops, implements and supports standard IT Solutions for Bosch internal business units.  We provide consulting services and re-usable and smart business IT solutions, for our Central Finance, Controlling and Tax customers.  We are responsible for the application and product life-cycle management for Vertex and Get Paid within Bosch.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the creation of Finance and Tax IT product related documentation and internal marketing materials such as:
  • Product Overview
  • Roadmap
  • Operational Manual
  • Support Concept
• Support the Vertex and Get Paid Product Development Managers to collect and prepare data required for the annual business planning process
• Other tasks as assigned by the team

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint presentation creation skills
• Ability to build internal customer facing presentations to help promote our IT products within Bosch
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Self-driven and proactive in order to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of finance or tax business processes
• Knowledge of the Vertex and Get Paid IT applications

Additional Information

To qualify for Bosch’s Domestic Internship Program, you must:

• Be a full-time student or recent graduate (<6 months) at an accredited university
• Maintaining at least a 3.0 GPA in a degreed program
• Not now or in the future require sponsorship
