DIGITAL OPERATIONS INTERNSHIP

The Digital Operations team leads the development and execution of B2C and B2B digital marketing for Robert Bosch Tool Corporation. This includes working with our Brand Marketing teams on all B2C digital initiatives (eCom, Web, Email, Social, Search, +more) and working our Retail Marketing and Sales teams on all B2B digital initiatives (Commerce, Web, Email, Service, +more). This group manages digital ecosystem and ensures that it is driving our business forward. Leads a team of six local associates and has considerable connectivity to our global digital teams in EU.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Product Owner assistant: work alongside an agile team to continue development of a cutting edge digital platform to serve Bosch’s top commercial construction customers.  In this capacity, this position will help the group empathize with our customers, scope new features and value propositions, and learn & adhere to agile methodologies and principles.
• Collaborate with B2B and B2C Digital Development: aid in driving digital transformation for our sales teams, our dealers and business users.  Support the brand marketing teams with B2C digital activation via the successful utilization of our digital marketing ecosystem.
• Assist in Vendor Management of Digital Ecosystem: payment administration and budget management.

Qualifications

·        Must be currently enrolled in an accredited academic program with a focus on Marketing or related field

·        Minimum 3.0 GPA

·       Strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn

·       Excellent teamwork, communication, and organization skills

·       Strong analytical skills & ability to turn data analysis into business-impacting actions

·       Familiarity with design thinking and/or agile methodologies preferred

·       Strong MS Office skills

·       Previous internship experience a plus

·       Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
