Job Description
Support Department Director(s) and their teams
Coordinate communication and meetings with internal and external parties, such as agenda organization, meeting room reservations, lunches, facility tours, provide hotel recommendations, etc.
Business travel planning
Travel and Expense report filing
Initiating and following up on purchase requisitions and procurement
Compile meeting minutes, maintain and track Open Point Lists.
Compile and revise Powerpoint presentations.
Ongoing implementation of process improvements with the Admin team, participation in weekly admin meetings and management meetings
