Job Description

As a Corporate Logistics co-op you will be expected to:

• Support and implementation of new projects.
• Support standards that maximize efficiency, maintain high levels of customer experience while utilizing lean principles.
• Assistant with the implementation of continuous improvement activities using the Bosch philosophies and tools of lean, six sigma, shop floor management cycle and other continuous improvement techniques and communicates these changes to affected areas.
• Support team with Maturity Model Lean Warehousing for all GS/LOP-NA2
• Support the systems process analysis, design, and simulation of internal and external value streams. Apply expertise to business and IT development teams on tools and approaches to automate.
• Support planning team on the daily planning role

Qualifications

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university with at least 4+ semesters completed, and pursuing a Bachelors (or Masters) degree in the Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering field
• Must have a minimum of 2+ years working with MS Office Excel
• Must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Prefer previous work experience in a related field 
• Must be able to work in teams and to lead small project groups
