• Reporting related tasks
• Reporting and Data documentation and design: working on documenting the information we provide to the IT department and the visualization format
• Maintaining the content in the CSB-AM Docupedia: making sure that all documentation are in the right place and current
• Data integrity and quality assurance for the IT reporting: most important, making sure that the data we provide is insightful, accurate and meet certain qualities
• Working with other team members to control IT spending
• Maintaining database update schedule
• Monitoring the spending for various IT groups and provide a monthly exception report (Travel, Consulting and Training Expenses)
• Help with the design and reports layouts in the IT reporting tools (Tableau and Power BI) – knowledge of the tool is not necessary
• Since it’s an internship, the intern needs to have an open mind on taking on new tasks and helping the team when and where can
• follow up on Avaya incident tickets and maintain a customer service level for the service
• Participate in the company organized interns activities and projects

Qualifications

• Currently seeking a degree in computer science, math or equivalent degree
• Advance skills in Microsoft Office Excel
• Familiar with database management concept
• Familiar understanding of basic data modeling concepts
