Job Description

Global Business Services is part of the Bosch Group and a leading global service supplier for complex business processes and services. Using the latest technology, the GS/PEO team of experts offers support to innovation projects such as Automated Driving, Electrification or IoT/IoE in all Bosch business areas around the world concerning the early involvement of external a/o internal resources & know-how.

This includes:

• Support & coaching of internal innovation challenges;
• Observe external market to identify best matching technical solutions or partners, performing targeted scoutings by making use of a broad set of data sources
• Back business field analyses a/o project decisions with facts and figures, collecting market information (e.g. on companies/eco-systems, innovative approaches a/o supply chains
• Process purchase orders in innovation projects and prepare standard-NDA contracts
• Promoting the services & project acquisition in the North American region by active networking with local internal customers & stakeholders
• Coordinating GS/PEO outside-in innovation service activities in the Unites States, identifying fields of action
• Further development of methods & service portfolio in continuous alignment with the global GS/PEO service portfolio and GS/PEO community.

Qualifications

• MBA, Masters of Science or PhD degree in a technical subject required
• 3+ years of experience with engineering technologies and/or science, industrial and/or economic engineering, IT or software engineering, innovation/technology management.
• 3+ years of Professional experience, preferably in engineering a/o purchasing.
• 3+ years of Operating experience in use of IT-tools for data analysis and knowledge management platforms.
• Passion for new technological trends, high interest in innovation, nosiness for new market trends.
• Being analytical and enthusiastic to deal with changing focus areas and customers.
• Excellent communication skills and intercultural openness, ability to work in an international team.
• Independent but team-minded working attitude in an agile & intellectual working environment.
• Keen to build & maintain a broad network
• German language desirable
