THIS POSITION IS BASED IN EAU CLAIRE, WISCONSIN. The Sales Analyst will work within the National Account team to attain identified sales objectives in terms of SKU placement in our Menard's account. Interface with the field sales team to help determine the viability of programs as they pertain to sales, product, advertising and promotions- track and analyze the results recommending modifications as needed considering alternative ideas using data and competitive intelligence. Use point of sale information to increase sell in and sell through.
This is an entry level to three years of experience oriented role- must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Finance with strong analytical skills using Excel. Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a strong career interest in growing within the sales function. Other skills include MSWord, Powerpoint, Outlook and an affinity for systems/tools used in account analysis. Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time- primarily local/regionally oriented travel.
