    Job Description

    A Creative Design Intern who is passionate about crafting compelling visual narratives. Reporting to the Creative Team Manager, you will be responsible for executing high quality, creative, and professional marketing and communications materials aligned to brand guidelines. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other members of the marketing and design team to create engaging, on-brand graphics for social media, website assets, collateral, packaging design etc. You have a solid understanding of both results-driven marketing designs and strong design principles. You must love start-up culture, feel energized by team-oriented environments, and have an all-hands-on-deck attitude. We’re looking for a recent college graduate with a focus on Creative Design. What we care about most is your design ability, your fascination with branding, your capacity to learn, your willingness to contribute, and your desire to methodically build something meaningful from the ground up. YOU WILL

    • Follow design trends, with an eye toward experimentation with emerging tools and techniques.
    • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design and implement branding experiments.
    •  Create stunning visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, videos, and digital ad campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the team on idea generation, design solutions, social media planning.
    • Work with team members to help translate their feedback into a clear design direction that supports their objectives.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited Graphic Design program or have graduated within the past six months
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA
    • A voracious appetite for digital culture and media including memes, blogs, videos, and podcasts.
    • Able to think creatively in order to identify and solve problems.
    • Experience working with UI design, typography, and layout skills.
    • Proficient in Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite; specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
    • Ability to take a design and format into a variety of proportions.
    • Understand resolution, dimensions, and various graphic file formats.
    • Fluency with all major social media platforms (particularly Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube).
    • Knowledge of motion design is a plus
    • Must be able to successfully complete a drug screen and a background check.
    • Position only open to students with US work authorization who will not now, nor in the future, require sponsorship
