    Job Description

    The Bosch PR & Social Media Manager leads the positive public presence of Bosch Tools across all three business units (Power Tools, Measuring Tools, and Accessories) for North America (US & Canada). This role drives the strategy and activities to shape the voice of the brand including organic social, influencer and earned coverage campaign development, execution, tracking, analysis and optimization. This role delivers critical brand-building to improve brand awareness and preference by reaching our target consumer with relevant, distinct, and buzz-worthy content. This role partners closely with media, digital & event counterparts to drive cohesive integrated marketing plans for the brand that builds positive brand perceptions and relevance.

    A successful candidate will have:

    • Lead in developing outreach programs of major brand milestones such as business achievements, new product launches, events etc with the press. Including but not limited to press releases, media pitching, strategic planning
    • Lead social media content strategic planning, campaigns, track engagement, analysis & optimizations to maintain social conversations with current and potential customers
    • Lead in developing potential influencer partnership opportunities to increase share of brand voice with key target consumers within relevant campaigns
    • Partner with media, co-marketing and event brand marketing team partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging
    • Lead leadership media training to enhance effective communication with the public
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or 8 years of commensurate experience
    • Demonstrated success leveraging press relationships and strategic communication to build plans that drive positive brand awareness
    • Demonstrated success in executing key PR tactics including press releases, media outreach, press events etc
    • Ability to drive messaging via written & verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated success with business-driving social media organic campaign management and define benchmark KPIs
    • Ability to drive insights by leveraging relevant marketing analytical tools
    • Demonstrated success leading external agency relationships
    • Ability to influence cross-functional decisions and work across a complex organization
    • Demonstrated success in identifying relevant influencers and building campaigns that leverage the partnership to positively engage consumers
