Job Description

• Work with supervisor in analyzing brand funnel, develop and implement strategies to improve brand preference and positioning
• Support and execute public relations plan that supports new product introductions, corporate activities, motorsports news, etc.
• Provide guidance to business units on brand & product Strategy and developing MARCOM plans
• Lead brand funnel analysis and other research projects
• Establish internal communications strategy, in alignment with North American Leadership Team
• Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to our associates
• Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal and external communications mediums
• Support roll out of sales and product trainings in North America
• Further/grow/enhance Bosch presence in digital channels through new initiatives and communication programs
• Develop and foster relationships with target audience nationwide, in alignment with business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in the MS Office suite of products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and communications skills
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, WordPress, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator)
• This position will require 10-15% of travel for events, meetings, and trade shows
