Job Description
Working as a Specialist with HR Service Management and Training & Development team members to complete tasks:
- Ongoing Continuous Improvement (CIP) activities to improve quality, efficiency and service delivery
- Event Management for the Bosch Training Center – North America (BTC-NA),
to assist with the coordination of: catering, room set-up, participant
materials and scheduling of on-site & off-site training - Regular generation and analysis of operational metrics, and implementation of Customer Satisfaction measures
- Entry, maintenance & reporting of training related data (utilizing multiple platforms: SAP, internal customer ticketing system, Excel)
- Assisting with administration of regular projects involving acquisition of new customer groups into the HR Service portfolio
- Respond to Customer Inquiries (phone & email)
