Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, or Computer Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in direct customer support role
- 2+ years of experience working with cross functional teams in a consumer electronics product company
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of technical experience in a customer supporting role; such as an Applications Engineering or Field Application Engineer, sales, operations, or sourcing environment
- 2+ years direct experience in supplier / supply chain management
- Basic understanding of MEMS based sensors
- Basic understanding of Consumer Electronics, board design, or Quality
- Familiar with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience working independently to analyze, troubleshoot, debug, investigate and to present the results
- Strong customer oriented written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Sales and forecasting tools; such as CRM and SAP
