  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Responsible for ChP weekend LOP support ( production control of all weekend production). Work closely with LOG,MOE, PUQ, and QMM resources to ensure smooth execution of existing weekend production plans. Develop and implement changes to weekend production plans when necessary. Analyze deviations from execution of weekend production, and assist in developing/driving improvement. Assist weekend process confirmation of existing methods and tools that improve the operational flexibility and execution of a lean production system (Bosch Production System).

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Execute plans for weekend production across all product lines

    · Demonstrates experience with BPS principles and Lean Systems design/execution

    · Evaluate and optimally mitigate any potential disruptions to weekend production including but not limited to component shortages, quality issue containment, excessive line downtime and SAP systems disruptions

    · Coordinate/perform heijunka board loading

    · Coordinate/perform disposition of inbound expedited material

    · Resolve any ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) issues with inbound/outbound material

    · Resolve any production manifest/sequencing updates

    · Process Logistics Q2/PLKZ’s

    · Coordinate outbound expedites / Standard Shipments

    · Perform required customer system checks

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    BS degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related field preferred

    · Experience with SAP , a working knowledge of BPS, logistics, and modern manufacturing concepts

    · Experience with implementing lean logistics principles

    · Must be flexible (welcome and adaptable to change), including working hours.

    · Demonstrate discipline and consistency regarding adherence to established standards, policies, and procedures

    Anticipated Work Schedule: (subject to change)

    Friday - 8am-4:30p; Saturday and Sunday - 6am-6pm; Monday - 4 hour day
