Job Description
●To check and audit adherence of the production lines to Bosch requirements, especially customer process flow, process control plan, machine qualification, SPC, machine logbooks, OCAP's (Out of Control Action Plans) ●To coordinate work with the subcontractor in investigating and resolving specific quality and process problems ●To monitor the progress of customer returns and devices returned for analysis ●To monitor MRB and 8D reports from the subcontractors and the implementation of containment measures and permanent corrective actions ●To participate in the continuous improvement process both of Bosch and of the subcontractor, and in engineering teams concerned with Bosch products ●To provide technical support for the successful production ramp-up of new device and packages ●To liaise with local development departments for the development and release of new products or packages
Qualifications
●To support assembly package line at subcontractors, etc. ASE Kaohsiung ●Bachelor or above degree in Electronic / Material Engineering ●3-5 years experiences in packaging/assembly of semiconductor components ●Experience with MEMS is a plus ●Experience in international corporation ●Knowledge in machines and processes used in assembly technologies ●Ability to travel (mainly within Asia) ●Very good English skills ●Good team work with multitude of international interfaces ●Good problem solving skills, efficient communication skills
