    Job Description

    Robert Bosch LLC is looking for a HARDWARE PROJECT COMPONENT MANAGER (HW-PCM) FOR ADAS PRODUCTS. HW-PCM is responsible to deliver the Hardware on time, on quality, on cost.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Responsible for achieving project objectives of on time, on spec, on budget and on quality deliveries

    • Customer interface for HW topics

    • Responsible for internal meetings and coordinate task with international development team and manufacturing plants

    • Responsible for project and resource planning

    • Responsible for project reporting and escalation 

    • Support in requirements engineering

    • Coordinate HW topics during the acquisition phase for new customer programs and will be a technical counterpart 

    • Evaluate customer requirements, will coordinate implementation of customer specific design features to fulfill requirements, and will perform requirements management in DOORS  

    • 10-20 % domestic and international travel to visit customer, plant, and development locations

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor degree in an Engineering discipline
    • 3+ years of experience in HW or SW development in automotive domain
    • 2+ years of experience with SW/HW/system project management

    PREFERRED:

    • Master of Science in a technical discipline
    • Understanding of automotive development processes
    • Experience of using planning tools like Microsoft Project
    • Quality methods, such as: 8D, 5x why, FMEA, DRBFM
    • Experience in Requirements Engineering using DOORS
    • Strategic thinking, high goal and results orientation with a proven ability to work under pressure.
