Candidates must successfully complete a 90 day probationary period, through Williamson Employment, before being hired in as a Bosch associate.  Starting pay as probationary employee is $18.00/HR.  Once hired in as a Bosch Associate, pay increases to $19.00/HR. 

All candidates who complete probation are hired and eligible from 1st day of employment for all Bosch benefits which include, but are not limited to, Medical, Dental, and Vision.  Additional benefits include two weeks vacation, personal days off, holiday pay from Christmas Eve through New Years Day, 401K with company match, a 100% company funded retirement account, annual pay increases and annual company performance bonuses.

The St. Joseph, MI plant is growing.  Therefore, we are adding more jobs with an ultimate goal to add a 3rd shift operation in our machining department.  In order to do this, we need reliable people who want to work.

Qualifications

EDUCATION : High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

EXPERIENCE : No prior experience necessary, but former manufacturing and / or assembly experience is preferred.  We will train!

HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME:  Must be able to work 40-60 hours per week (on average), including 1st or 2nd shift; we do take shift preference into account.  We are looking for individuals who are available to work daily overtime, including some weekends.  THE GOAL IS TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE SO THAT WORK HOURS CAN BECOME MORE FLEXIBLE.

BACKGROUND CHECK: Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen, including testing negative for THC.

LIFTING: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
