Job Description

TASKS

·      Support OEM sales tasks: e.g. prepare management presentations, Quotation releases, customer communication, product calculations, design process, price management, volume tracking,  etc.

·      Prepare sales workshops (e.g. competitor war gaming or strategy meetings)

·      Work in cross functional team. Interact with Engineering, controlling, logistics, purchasing, industrialization etc.

·      Create templates supporting sales processes

·      Support reporting tasks

·      Support Program Management tasks ( timing, EWO, ECR, change meeting, budget, cost and profit )

·      Support RPP tasks ( list, timing, one pager, cost impact )

Qualifications

Requirements

·         Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering.

·      Open minded team player who likes working in international environment

·      Good communicator who likes to connect with people

·      Basic economic/ business knowledge

·      Basic technological understanding (mechanical/ electronic)

·      Knowledge in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

·      Knowledge in MS Project beneficial

Working experience in sales, purchasing or engineering beneficial

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university

• Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree with at least one semester completed

• Minimum of overall GPA of at least 3.0

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
