    Job Description

    As a Project/Program Management Intern at Bosch, you will interface with multiple disciplines and various manufacturing facilities. Candidates for this role will track and manage open issues; along with performing internal reporting of project status and risks. Facilitate discussions and presentations to cross functional teams. Coordinates regular project meetings, design and quality gate reviews.  Coordinates cost development to ensure project profitably by time of launch. Engineering change management. Implement cost saving measures.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work collaboratively with fast-paced, cross-functional teams to solve complex issues, set goals, track deliverables, and report out.
    • Provide updates in weekly program review.
    • Assist in troubleshooting of system operational issues.
    • Track project milestones including task duration and resource usage.
    • Create reports showing critical path activities and schedules.
    • Perform detailed analysis of problems and all possible solutions.
    • Perform project walks with system owners.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Understands basic engineering principles
    • Understands the basic project principles such as milestones, resources, duration, critical paths, and project baselines
    • Self-managed and committed to working in a fast-paced environment
    • Communicates effectively via verbal/written
    • Multitasks and adapts to constant change
    • Enrolled in an accredited university
    • Able to use Microsoft Office software, especially Excel & Microsoft Project
    • Basic presentation skills
    • Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree with at least one semester complete
    • Minimum of overall GPA of at least 3.0
    • Must be a minimum of 19 years of age
