    Job Description

    This role is hybrid remote with 40% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (2-3 days in office per week)

    The Dremel Promotions and Pricing Manager owns end-to-end promotional ideation, strategy, execution and analysis driving critical growth levers. You will collaborate with a variety of sales, finance and marketing teams to ensure the success of all promotions. This position also leads the Online Reseller strategy and Unilateral Pricing implementation for Dremel products across direct and marketplace websites.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Owns development and execution of promotional plan including price points, placement and activity
    • Owns all pricing for distribution including PTNA communication, change management, pricing corridor alignment, and UP/PUP strategy for the region
    • Owns all POS reporting and analysis to measure promotional activity and category trends across distribution

    JOB TASKS

    • Develop and track engaging Brand Promotions to support sales activities and distribution programs
    • Build annual promotional strategies that ensure success with major Key Accounts and their business plans accordingly
    • Continual promotion goal definition, tracking and analysis reporting to the organization
    • Development, production and logistics of promotional items ensuring optimization of ROI and costs
    • Lead Online UP/PUP and Authorized Reseller Strategy and program implementation
    • Ensure successful implementation of the developed pricing guidelines in close cooperation with cross-functional teams
    • Implement a harmonized and updated price list for region(s)
    • External and internal price change analysis with recommendations on optimized invoice, MSRP, promotional, UP/PUP
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years experience in relevant field
    • Experience in sales or marketing partnering with retail distribution
    • Direct or indirect experience working as or with sales teams to transition in new products
    • Can demonstrate self motivation, collaboration and peer leadership
    • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
