    Job Description

    Opportunity to extend summer internship into the fall/winter. This internship is a Columbus (New Albany), OH based position. Hybrid of in-person and remote work.

    Reporting to Compliance Manager – North America, this internship role will assist with the prototype designing, testing, and delivery of a global compliance digitalization project at Bosch. This internship will expose the hired candidate to digital solutions project management, working with global teams, third-party vendors, as well as the inner workings for a global organization

    The duties of this internship role include:

    • Regular in-person touchpoints with the Compliance Manager, and other project team members
    • Understand the scope and requirements of the compliance digitalization project
    • Diligent testing and documentation of tool, design, and functionality of global solutions platform.
    • Complete tasks assigned by the Compliance Manager in a timely fashion
    • Report task status, achievements, and challenges frequently to the Compliance Manager
    • Prioritize tasks based on the urgency and importance
    • Document progresses in proper workpapers
    • Collaborate with other team members in achieving project targets
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited Data Analytics, Data Science, Business or similar academic program
    • Incoming seniors, master’s level, or recent grads (within the past six months) preferred
    • High level of integrity and ability to handle highly sensitive confidential matters in a professional manner
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations to process large volumes of data
    • Proficiency in delivering effective presentations using PowerPoint
    • Ability to learn new tools and technologies with proper training
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Minimum of overall GPA of at least 3.0
    • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
