Job Description

As a Co-op in Product Management, you will support product managers to analyze and release new products to increase product coverage in the market. The product categories you will support include rotating machines and spark plugs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Assisting Product Managers with various tasks related to key program development projects
• Supporting Product Managers on operational product releases in ERP system (SAP and peripheral systems.)
• Closely collaborating with other functions, including sales, quality, supply and demand planning, customer service, to perform problem solving tasks and achieve project timelines and deliverables
• Working closely with Product Management to analyze market for growth potential, explore/identify new market requirements and opportunities
• Supporting and performing product profitability evaluations
• Performing complex product program evaluations
• Supporting cross-functional initiatives, i.e. inventory management

Qualifications

• Enrolled undergraduate student in a related Business-focused degree, such as Marketing, Statistics or Data Analytics
• CUMULATIVE GPA OF 3.0 OR HIGHER
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, preferably experienced with project management
• Strongly developed numeracy and analytical skills
• Well-developed computer software skills: Excel spreadsheets, including Pivot Tables, database management, PowerPoint
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and self-motivated to complete tasks within demanding time frames
• Self-motivated with good project management, organization and planning skills.
• Must be able to work 35-40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
