Job Description

This student will contribute to supply chain excellence and sustainability through:

• supporting KPI reporting, analysis, and tracking
• assisting in supply planning activities such as expectation handling and material availability topics
• analyzing and investigating deviations in various metrics
• evaluating methods to improve supply chain process efficiency and sustainability
• preparing presentations to management
• preparing ad hoc reports as needed

A successful candidate will learn supply chain planning skills in a large multinational corporation. The candidate will also be challenged to think outside the box in a solutions-oriented manner and be encouraged to bring new ideas and own opinions to the table, all while sharpening their Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Logistics, or a related Business field
• Minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA (Unofficial transcript required at time of application to verify cumulative GPA)
• Strong skills in Excel (vlookups and pivot tables) and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform tasks autonomously and complete work in a timely manner
• PowerBI knowledge a plus
• SAP and BI knowledge a plus
• Must be able to work 35-40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
• Must be available to work 6 months - starting in July 2022
• Must be eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship (no J1, F1 or OPT visa holders)

Hybrid work schedule, split between the office and the comfort of your home according to operational needs, on average 3 days a week from home, 2 days in the office.
