Job Description

Bosch eBike Systems North America is seeking an intern to assist with data management tasks on the service team. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

-        Data maintenance tasks within CRM (e.g. update information, data audits)

-        Compile and manage service partner metrics and reporting (e.g. KPIs, sales data)

-        Support reconciliation of warranty part returns

-        Financial tracking and reporting

Qualifications

Current student enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program with an interest in service and/or data management.

-        Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university

-        Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree with at least one semester completed

-        Business, Business/Econ, Information Management/Information Systems

-        Minimum of overall GPA of at least 3.0

-        Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

-        Microsoft Excel experience

-        24 hours a week minimum, 32- 40 hours preferred
