Job Description

As part of the team that specializes in materials and devices for new sensor concepts the Intern is primarily responsible for performing data gathering, experimentation, documentation, organization and related tasks at the direction of a research engineer, scientist, or project leader.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide scouting support through literature searches, patent searches, industry/academic news searches, academic/business networking, and related activities
• Design, build, and maintain test setups
• Support equipment installation and maintenance activities
• Design, run, analyze, and manage experiments and provide experiment reports
• Support device fabrication activities
• Manage relationships and communication with Bosch Germany based research groups
• Keep detailed records of activities, and contribute to presentations and written reports
