Job Description

The coolant technician is dedicated to daily management and continous improvement of the coolant filtration systems used in Bosch Lincolnton production. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Dedicated to managing Bosch Lincolnton coolant filtration systems -  -Systems in Operation -  Qty 4- Barnes Qty 3- Faudi Qty 1- FES -Types in Operation -  Centerfuges, belt and star filtration systems -Monitor and manage systems daily to ensure proper performance Coolant concentration levels Cobalt levels Clogged belts and filters Bacteria and fungicide levels Replenishment of chemical drums Assists in replenishment of cellulose Basic system debugging and troubleshooting Problem solving mindset for larger performance systems Coordinate tech support for larger issues Organize recurring clean outs  -Lead the preventative maintenance programs with value stream engineers-Helps lead introduction of autonomous maintenance programs -5S improvements -CIP of cellulose loading systems -Assist in development of spare parts availability -Rebuild of dosing units -Familiar with LOTO and confined space requirements -Dedicated to a safe working environment -Works independently and proactively for continuous improvement -Understands regulations related to chemical handling and storage -Electrical troubleshooting of filtration units -Assist with data collection systems to identify issues quickly  

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS -3+ years working in a maintenance team to support production-Working understanding of Total Predictive Maintenance -Places an emphasis on a culture of appreciation and servant leadership-Exceptional continuous improvement and problem solving skills PREFERRED SKILLS -2+ years working as coolant filtration system maintenance support
