    Job Description

    • Plan and execute cutting-edge research on innovative user-interaction techniques for image data labeling, with the goal of improving efficiency, accuracy, and ease-of-use for the labeler
    • Collaborate with other researchers and engineers to design and test annotation components
    • Produce publishable research for leading journals or international conferences
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

    • Pursuing a PhD in human-computer interaction, psychology, cognitive science, or a related field
    • Excellent research skills in defining problems, exploring solutions, designing experiments including qualitative and quantitative user studies, and analyzing and presenting results
    • A solid understanding of usability principles and evaluation methodologies, including Nielsen’s heuristics, expert analysis, think-aloud, and so forth
    • Great interpersonal skills for cross-discipline and cross-culture collaboration

    DESIRED QUALIFICATION

    • Experience with semantic segmentation data labeling
    • Proficiency with Python, Tensor Flow, Keras, Caffe, PyTorch
    • Experience with machine learning and computer vision
