Job Description

The position supports the New Business Development and Program Distribution Group Management team, which includes:

• Internal and External Reporting (Sales (PIG011) & Rebates)
• Sales History Analysis
• Forecasting
• Customer Portal Management
• Price List Management
• POS Reporting
• New Product Communication
• Marketing Campaign Coordination & Tracking of New Item Launches
• Special Project Support
• Customer Event Support

Qualifications

• Cumulative GPA 3.0 or Higher
• Working towards completion of a Bachelor or Master degree (Business Administration Major Preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables and Graphs etc.)
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, multi-tasking and highly organized (SAP experience is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform tasks autonomously and complete work in a timely manner
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Visa Sponsorship (F1 and J1 visa holders are not eligible for this role)
• Must be available to work 35-40 hours per week during regular business hours (Monday – Friday) for 6 months beginning January - June 2021 at our Oakbrook, IL location
