Job Description

During your Software Engineering Internship at Bosch you will be working on Automotive Connectivity System solutions and have the following tasks:

• You will collaborate with a small group of highly motivated and knowledgeable software engineers working on cutting edge projects.
• Be responsible for full software applications or features including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Interface with the entire software stack from embedded drivers to cloud infrastructure and applications
• Create software in multiple programming languages including C, C++, Go, Python, and JavaScript

Qualifications

Required

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering 
• Minimum cumulative GPA of a 3.0

Preferred - an ideal candidate has preferably hands-on experience with and is personally motivated in topics like:

• Open-Source Software and Git based development
• Linux OS and Embedded Linux Devices (e.g. Raspberry Pi, BeagleBone)
• M2M and real-time communication (e.g. MQTT)
• Containerized applications and orchestration (Docker, k8s)
• CI/CD, unit testing, and high-velocity development
• Wireless connectivity using 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth
