Job Description
As a Co-op working with Workshop Concepts Strategy, you will support, develop and implement Bosch automotive workshop concepts including Bosch Car Service, Bosch Diesel Service, Castrol-Bosch Auto Repair and lower tier banner concepts. This includes producing the value proposition and assisting in development and scaling of digital ecosystem suite surrounding automotive workshops across North America.

PROJECTS
- Develop structured market intelligence and act as North America key user for new business development focusing on fleet opportunities.
- Gain understanding of Latin America start up market, specifically in finch and payments space
- Develop ecosystem market map for payment options in Central America
- Explore US ecosystem expansion opportunities for the Bosch Car Service Network
- Development and execution of external individual shop KPI reporting template for the Castrol Bosch network
- Development and execution of customer communication frameworks (newsletters, websites, social media, print material, videos etc.).
- Preparation, organization and execution of customer events (local, regional and national conventions).
OPERATIONS
- Gain understanding of digital workshop ecosystem environment and support scaling activities including product development, product benchmarking, customer support service and centralized reporting.
- Competitive benchmarking of workshop concept programs in North America to enhance Bosch’s value proposition.
- Assist in monthly internal KPI reporting of all workshop concepts to the Leadership
Team.
- Support Bosch Car Service, Bosch Diesel Service and digital ecosystem managers in daily operations.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of numerous projects and programs.
