Job Description

Job Summary: As a Sales Co-Op, you would be responsible for the overall administrative support to sales data analysis, quotation preparation and data maintenance. 

You will:

• Report to the Sales Manager
• Work with Logistic and Product teams
• Lead part entry into online database and SAP tools
• Support Account Managers resolving customer topics
• Monitor customer’s orders and resolve order problems
• Lead monthly reporting requirements and support Sales Teams with analysis

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business or Automotive Technology
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (unofficial transcript required at time of application)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform tasks autonomously and complete work in a timely manner
• Structured problem solving methods
• Adept in MS Office Suite with high competency in Excel (Vlookup and Pivot)
• Must be able to work 35 - 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday) for 6 months
• Strong computer skill in MS Excel/Word and Database processing
• MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE US WITHOUT VISA SPONSORSHIP (no J1, F1 or OPT visa holders).
