Job Description

This position is with Bosch Automotive Steering, within the Human Resources department.  This position will provide meaningful hands-on work experience in intern/co-op's related field of study. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include but not limited to the following

• Opportunity to observe and actively participate in several facets of a business environment
• Will be actively involved in supporting plant-wide and cross-functional projects
• Support the day-to-day function of Human Resources
  • Recruiting
  • Wellness/Diversity Initiatives
  • Administrative Maintenance
• Supporting the implementation of the Bosch communication concept
• Assisting in the development of creative marketing and communication activities
• Coordinating with internal and external agencies to create graphic designs
• Developing content for all communication channels (newsletter, plant-wide emails, projects, internal social media platform)

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

• Student enrolled Bachelors or Masters degree program, preferably Human Resources, Communications or Business related

Qualifications/Competencies:

• Skills in Microsoft Office, (Word, Power Point and Excel)
• Organized, proactive, self-starter
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred but not required
