    Job Description

    We're looking for engaged, creative, and visionary associates to join our production engineering/planning team within the SMG (e-motors for electric vehicles) team!

    As we prepare for production launch, we'd like to grow our team with a manufacturing area with the focus on manufacturing planning of MOE equipment, budget, KPIs - OEE, iDC, producativity. Key deliverables associated with this role include:

    - Plan and execute capital equipment (MAE/EWAK) acquisition and installation, including pre-acceptance/final acceptance/safe launch and budget;

    - Plan yearly budget in BP24,execute the plan in CFx review, create additional ideas to reduce costs, work on VA measures and improvemnets

    - Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and quality plans according to company standards (including process flow diagrams, control plans, PFMEA, PQIs, process control documentation, standard work instructions, etc…).

    - KPI improvement, specifically those associated with scrap and defect costs, shop floor management including best practices share;

    - Implement/coordinate engineering changes and new manufacturing/product releases (PPAP);

    - system CIP involvement, processes comparison, regular exchange with other locations;

    - quality system management in the value stream, including documentation preparation and control, audit preparations, and claims management;

    - participation in daily value stream management using MES to meet targets and derive measures to continuously improve performance;

    - Organization and coordination of 8D activities in case of customer claims;

    - Problem solving and root cause analysis on serial production quality issues using benchmark experience.

    -Identify and lead projects to improve safety, cost, quality, delivery, and utilization of manufacturing processes in order to meet Policy Deployment objectives

    As our assembly lines are highly automated, familiarity with manufacturing and production systems is vital for success in this role.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    -have successfully completed a B.S. or higher degree in an engineering field (in or similar to industrial, mechanical, electrical / computer, or materials science engineering)

    - be a self-starter and innately curious, with the ability and willingness to dive into and lead development of technical processes

    - have minimum three years’ experience in industrial manufacturing

    - have had exposure to quality management systems,

    - be comfortable working in cross-functional activities and teams

    - be willing to travel internationally
