Job Description
Support Order Management team with standard activities, including but not limited to the following:
Schedule Agreement Creation: This activity links the customer orders to the Bosch system and kicks off the planning, production, and shipment of the goods.
Obtaining Data for Logistics Complaints: This activity will require diving into SAP to obtain critical data points.
Reporting Activities
Entering Part Number Cross References: This links the Bosch and customer part numbers in the system.
Data Analysis, including KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Developing/Improving Visuals for KPIs (charts, graphs, etc.)
Other support activities, as needed
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in college, majoring in business, supply chain management, logistics, or similar.
Ability to organize large volumes of data into concise, accurate summaries
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office based applications, specifically Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements
