Job Description

The Sample Coordinator Support role works independently with the Sample Coordination team to support customer product sample orders during development.  A close working relationship with Project Management, Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and Controlling are required to support on-time delivery of customer samples.  The Sample Coordinator must work to fulfill Customer Team needs while also fulfilling quality process and ensuring compliance to various legal and commercial requirements.

Responsibilities include, among others:

·       Sample order support for all XC-NA Customer Teams, including processing of new orders in SAP systems.

·       Checks orders in the sample ordering system for accuracy and completeness.

·       Processing of sales orders in SAP, creation of SAP shippers, and use of customer portals for compliant shipping.

·       Diligent follow-up on all open orders to ensure on-time delivery.

• Works with the Sample Coordination team on physical receipt and subsequent shipment of customer parts

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university
• Pursuing a Bachelors with at least one semester completed, this is for Freshman, Sophomores and Juniors only
• Minimum of overall GPA of at least 3.0
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
