    Job Description

    Your primary focus will be app development – specifically native apps. Our Mobile app interns will need to be creative and progressive with design, development and implementation.

    Your work will include, but will not be limited to:

    • Design, code, analyze, and test systems for iOS applications.
    • Handle software updates, patches, and bug fixes.
    • Fix bugs on applications for time-sensitive projects while considering business/system requirements.
    • Communicate with a team of developers, designers, project managers, and other personnel to ship new features and fix bugs.
    • Continually learn about new programming languages, operating system updates, and other information that will affect the functions of applications in development e.g. React Native.
    • Excellent team player - Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders across business and technical teams
    • Researching, monitoring and evaluating emerging technologies to recommend long-term mobile solutions

    REQUIRED SKILL SET

    • Experience/Know-how of app development in both Swift and Objective-C.
    • Knowledge of using third-party libraries, Cocoapods, and APIs.
    • Knowledge of different iOS frameworks (Core Data, Core Graphics, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text etc.) and programming tools (Xcode, Git, etc.).
    • Understanding of how to consume Server-side RESTFul services
    • Excellent understanding of User Interface Development , Storyboards , Xib, Cocoa, Cocoa Touch, Foundation, XIB, CoreData, KeyChain, SQLLite, NS Notification, MVC pattern.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English language.
    • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant fields.
