    Job Description

    SUMMARY: Use customer specifications, order releases, work packages to complete various controls engineering tasks for pharmaceutical packaging equipment.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Create electrical and software design documents using Functional Specifications and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
    • Assist in the commissioning of pharmaceutical packaging equipment
    1. Aid in troubleshooting
    2. Check I/O
    3. Enter IP addresses
    4. Machine testing to stress-test controls schemes

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At minimum must be a Senior-level student or recent graduate in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Automation

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A degree program with a controls emphasis is highly desired
    • Visual and non-visual programming language experience (C, C++, C#, Visual Basic)
    • CAD experience a plus
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
