Job Description As a point leader on the Robert Bosch team, you support the Supervisor to ensure warehouse functions are completed effectively and accurately, while complying with all internal and external policies and procedures. The position will be accountable for a team of associates in a high volume environment with a continuous improvement culture. This position will be the 1st management level on the shop floor.

KEY TASKS INCLUDE:

• Ensure standard procedures are followed in all warehouse activities.
• Work with Supervisor to ensure associates have the resources in place to deliver against required service levels efficiently and effectively.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Communicating effectively with internal and external customers.

OTHER WORKPLACE CONSIDERATIONS:

• Must be able to work a first or second shift and overtime as needed.
• Lifting products/materials up to 40 pounds in weight.
• Standing, walking, bending and twisting, as required to complete job tasks.

Qualifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1+ years of experience with MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer Service experience from a warehouse or logistics environment
• SAP Logistics Execution experience.
• Forklift or Pallet jack experience.
• Experience in automotive business.
• Experience with leading small teams.
• English/Spanish Bi-lingual.
