Instructional Design Internship (multiple seasons)
Job Description
Internship: Summer/Fall
The Instructional Design Intern is responsible for working directly with the Training Coordinator, Training Manager, and the technical trainer team to design, develop, implement, and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) online course offerings, track customer evaluation data, create reports, and manage content creation projects related to training. The Instructional Design Intern must represent Bosch Building Technologies in a professional manner and be able to work independently with strong attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and solid organizational and communication skills. Internship duration is summer and/or fall but may extend 12-18 months, and requires approximately 30-40 hours per week schedule.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs., meet demands required with travel, and must be able to speak, sit, and/or stand for extended periods of time.
