Job Description

The Intern will be supporting a 6-8 month project which utilizes cameras/vision systems and artificial intelligence, as part of our Bosch Smart Spraying technology.

These activities will include: 

• Perform machine control, ROS, and Linux systems engineering tasks
• Camera calibration and flashing of software into controllers
• Support prototype build up, field demonstrations, data collection, and troubleshooting of CAN and GPS systems
• Software development in Python and Linux environments
• Support Test Trips in the field
• Supporting Calibration Engineer's daily activities

Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering EE, CE, ME , with at least one semester completed

A minimum 3.0 GPA

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

Must work 32 hours per week

Valid US driver's license

Preferred: Automotive or Agricultural-related hobby and/or experience working with engines, vehicles, camera systems, or AI.  1+ year academic or industry experience with software languages and command line based operating systems.
