Job Description

In this role, you will support Data Security, Privacy and Video Production for Bosch Corporate Information (CI) associates globally. 

• Support global DSP (Data Security Partner) coordination and Back-office function for the Data Security department.
• Support metrics reporting related to data security and privacy globally
• Create and maintain procedures documentation and train DSP’s as needed.
• Follow up tasks and activities with DSP global team.
• Support DSP’s for trainings, presentations, templates, etc.
• Support with video production, equipment and editing of video series, demands and events.
• Support with events and multimedia productions by recording and livestreaming using professional equipment.
• Develop well-organized videos for marketing and internal communication use
• Edit videos in post-production
• Maintain and document equipment

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Current student or recent graduate (< 6 months) from an accredited university with a minimum 3.0 GPA (ideally with a degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field)
• Experience organizing documentation, working with reports and detail oriented
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal in English at all levels of the organization
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities.
• Ability to problem solve and think analytically in a fast-paced environment
• Team player that can collaborate cross functionally and globally
• Flexible and able to work in a matrix environment
• Strong MS office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot audio and video equipment.
• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe.
• Proficiency with camera equipment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with auditing or compliance
• Experience working cross-functionally on video production
• Portuguese/English or Spanish/English bilingual
• SQL experience
• OBS experience
